The project
Our goal is to create floating islands and structures using modular units that may be cheaply mass produced.
With these islands new businesses will become possible and with time we can even experiment with new types of government!
Our current early prototype design costs about 100$ pr. square meter with a carrying capacity of 500-750kg pr. square meter.
With simple improvements in production methods we believe this could easily be brought down to 25$/m^2 and the quality of the modules could be increased.
Our plans, tools and production facilities will be publicly available so if you want to build your own houseboat or floating island the option is there to join us.
